Good Super Sunday Morning, Kids!
It is a beautiful morning here in the SW, with blue skies and sunshine blazing through the windows. I hope any who are fighting snow, ice, and cold this morning are doing so with a smile and patience!

Making a run to Tucson today to watch the game with my brother, his wife, and 30 or so of their best friends… although my heart hopes for a blowout by the Seahawks, my mind tells me it’s going to be close, and anyone’s game! Will be good to finally close the door on this season and move on.

Hello and congrats Seahawks fans!!! I have a few Bronco items if anyone is interested. I have some of the swag we got while waiting for our Broncos, and I have a new Bronco Nation grill badge in white if someone wants it. Sorry not giving away, but no idea what any of it is worth.
I don't know if any saw the post on what happened to my Bronco, but I sold it in August 2025 to a young guy that worked at the Lincoln dealership attached to the Ford dealership where I ordered my Bronco. It had just over 12,000 miles and the manual transmission failed. Mine had the recall repair done twice, and should have been good to go. There are no parts available to fix this, and Ford bought it from him for what he paid. They are planning on tearing it down to see why it failed.
Anyway hope all are well.

Good Monday morning. I guess I didn't get on here yesterday.
I watched almost all of the Race of Kings on Saturday. Cannot imagine doing that kind of crawling for 13 hours. And they had to take out about 30 miles of the desert racing section before any of the racers made it to that point, the base wasn't going to keep it open for them for that long.
So good to see an old King, Randy Slawson, win and Josh Bylyer came in 2nd. The only 2 to finish the race in the allotted time. Loren Healy fought hard to win. Adam and Brad Lovell ran into mechanical issues (transmission) in the Ranger.
But that had to be the wildest race I have ever watched. And the pot luck at the watch party was absolutely delicious. I will definitely be watching next year.
Good Super Bowl game last night too.

Thanks, dude. Their win is a relief more than anything. I’m not that tribal. My life wouldn’t change either way, but some of my coworkers may be in better spirits for a while. They may be easier to work with for a spell. Such is the transitory nature of happiness. LOL

Good mornin’ everyone. Been a bit absent lately. Have a renovation starting on Monday. Been in prep mode. Gonna be at a hotel for at least a week. Doggos 2 weeks. Half the house has bare walls, lol. Getting rid of the rest of the furniture today, so it will be camp chairs in the living room for 2 days, lol. Gonna make a decision whether or not I’m going to Moab. I would be solo, Laura doesn’t want to do Moab again. I’ll let you all know after the reno. Should be about two weeks. Hope everyone is doing well. TTYS!

I accepted a job last night, with the company that is on the other side of Albuquerque.
$15k more a year than what I was making and 3 weeks vacay and 8 sick days (required by the state).
I start 3/2/26.
I'm very excited to go back to work!

Once upon a time it seemed moving furniture from room to room was just a seasonal tradition… Now that I’m older and a lot less “buff” moving furniture feels like the biggest part of renovating…
