Got gifted a bag, so a pot of Buc-ee’s House Blend is ready… and, if you ask me, it tastes like coffee! 🥸 😂 There’s also a jug of OJ in thr fridge behind the counter, beside the bowl of assorted fruit. (Yep, I’m also being made to snack healthier. 🤷‍♂️) Dunno what brunch will be but am sure it’ll have some 🥓🥓🥓. 🤓

Welp, build date on mine is like 12/20/21 or thereabouts.
Goodness, as far as I know they still do not have the parts for a recall on the rear shocks. That's what they said when I had the oil changed on 6/10/25.

We finally got much needed rain in the 48095 area, the only reason why we finally got the rain is because I turned on the sprinklers for the first time this year, because our lawn was just starting to get a hint of brown.
I just finished clearing off the grass on the last zone so they could pop up, when it started to rain, and I mean it rained……
This kind of reminds me of when we bought our generator about 7 years ago, had power outages 6 to 8 times a year and when we finally broke down and got one, the power has only gone out 4 or 5 times in the last 7 years! 😳
Yup, getting the sprinklers going and then it rains, reminds me of our generator!!!🤣
Anyhoo!
Looking at -8 for today’s highs with the chance of thunderstorms in the forecast for later on (probably because I got the sprinklers going.)🤔
They are putting us in a category 2 out of 5 level for strong storms, for us a cat 2 is almost the end of the world, I have never seen a cat 3 yet out here, a cat 3 for us would be the end of the world!!! 🤣

Good morning and Happy Saturday! The deed was done yesterday. Exit interview was odd, but good. Found out that some of my "blisters" on my job is something my employer is trying to work on. Wish I would have given more feedback on it. I am eligible for rehire, so I managed not to burn any bridges. There may be other opportunities with this company that would not involve the office I worked in. But I would work in this office again under different management.
A lady organized a little happy hour after work last night. 3 of us had a great chat after everyone left. I got some insight, got some validation.
Now to decompress and move forward with addressing what Jeff left me in his shop. Fingers crossed this brings me a little bit of money.
@Bluestreak57 I didn't see Abq on your itinerary? But completely understand if it gives you time for N. Utah.

The deck repair was the last of the outside work. Now we enjoy it. From my 12,000 gallon hot tub.

I don’t believe it should, the only thing Ford is saying about New vehicles is that the Dealer can’t sell, or deliver, or even demonstrate the vehicles in question!

You should be good!
But you never know, Ford may turn around and say they need these fuel pumps for their recall….
Just hope it doesn’t come to that!!!

Ford said nine of its recalls this year are expansions of earlier recalls. In March, the automaker said it was conducting an audit of past recalls that included software fixes as part of the remedy. So far, 33 recalls—about 37% of the total so far this year—have been issued as a result of the continuing audit, Ford said. On Thursday, Ford said it would recall an additional 850,000 pickup trucks and sport-utility vehicles because of a potential fuel-pump failure. A bad fuel pump could result in the engine stalling while a driver is operating the vehicle, according to the recall."

Current plan is Vegas at end of October, then head your way on trip North toward Northern Utah

Well I got 4 with camera recalls. I missed fuel pump. And the bronco shock. So I'm feeling good. Thanks for the thought. Funny thing is, none of these recall things I have a problem with.
Of my other new vehicles that should have recalled.
2 of my bobcats have hydraulic leak. Day 1.
A new sweeper stuck at the dealer for shutting down intermittent. A Peterbilt with fuel line problems.
And Freightliner electrical issues.
I'll be happy with the Ford recall.
