I decided to take a trip up North Friday since I wasn’t going to be working Saturday.
Headed up there topless which is about a four hour trip, had to do some errands up there to get it ready for our two week stay at the end of July.
Next time I might bring earplugs, doing 75 to 80 MPH. you can barely hear the radio when it’s at 23 volume level.
Just got back about 20 minutes ago, because there was a storm heading in my direction and I didn’t want to take a chance of heading back home after it went through, there were chances of more storms after it.
Also decided to hit the trails while I was up there, and what a dusty Bronco I have now……😳
Looks like I’ve got to break out the shop vac and go to work. 🤣🤣🤣

Just cause you have a gold badge doesn't mean you can't do a few movers. Strike a blow (or two) on behalf of auto-sanity! If I were in command, my district or department would work as follows:

Traffic (specialty) car/ MOP: minimum ten movers a day, five parking tickets.
Single-officer ("service unit" in Boston): five movers a day, three parking tickets
Two-officer ("rapid response" unit): Two movers a day, two parking tickets (per unit, not per officer)
Unmarked ("anti-crime" in Boston): five movers per 4-day rotation (per unit, not per officer)
Detectives: Two movers a week
Patrol Sergeants: One mover a day

Officers would have complete discretion to write "money" or warning, but would be encouraged to write "money."
This would be termed "performance goals," not a "quota." And no more than two movers from the same location each day--i.e., no sitting in one spot where people make frequent illegal left turns or red lights and writing them up in a half hour. (You know that game!)
Something has to be done about the rudeness, lack of consideration, and common insanity out there.

Instead of targeting the citizens that are trying to get to work or doing the right thing, we should be going after the jackasses that are riding the atv's, scooters, and mini-bikes, creating havoc all over Boston. Sorry, not a big Chapter 90 guy. Enforce it when it is needed or noticed. I don't like quotas or "performance goals."
