Well, cam phaser problem at 3,000 miles of my 2024 bronco raptor. Now is in the shop for engine repair. service adviser say will need few weeks in work. the engine have to be pull out and thats a $7000+ job. I know this will be under warranty repair. But this really suck for a $100k car need repair of the same problems pops up for many years in diffent models! my services adviser also told me, he just finish another bronco raptor last week with only 700 miles on it! Thats suck, wonder I should keep the car after repair!

Anyone have done this repair and permanently fix for long run?

So how did the repair go? I have a 23 wikdtrak sas, and mine started at 24K miles. I’m hesitant to take it in but know it needs fixed asap! Was yours replaced with no issues?

Hi there. This cam phaser concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco. Should you need further assistance please send us a DM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer and I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end. Thanks for checking in for me,
while I'm waiting for all the parts for the repair services, the cool start noise is gone. I am at 8000 miles right now the knocking noise didn't comes back on cool start. I spoke to the services manager who request the repair for me at the beginning. He say I shouldn't repair the engine at this point. I also have the ford extended warranty if it happens again they will do the repair.
