Hello! I got a 2025 Bronco Sport Badlands on January 4th and have had NOTHING but problems. The dealership didn't submit my registration/title paperwork until February 20th (despite me calling and asking them to make sure everything was done correctly b'c the finance guy was asking ME how to do the paperwork). I still don't have a copy of my registration.
I submitted a complaint to Ford Corporate and they told me all they would do is submit the complaint to the dealer. I'd already asked the General Manager at the Dealership to explain in writing why everything was taking so long and he refused. The dealer tossed me some Ford points and told me to 'calm down'. I have to go to the DMV to get them to print me a copy of my registration because I never received it after it finally went through in March. Ford Corporate took my complaint and sent it to the dealer. I never heard anything back regarding my terrible experience.
Now, the car's transmission failed at 5,000 miles. It stopped working in the middle of a busy intersection. It took two hours for the Ford app to get me a tow. The new dealer is much nicer, but they promised me a loaner by yesterday and never followed up. They have no ETA on when my car will be fixed either. They said that it was a 'known issue' with the transmission. If it was known, why wasn't I contacted so Ford could fix it before I was stuck in the middle of an intersection?
I've only ever had Dodge cars before this and have never had so much trouble with a dealership, brand's corporate office, or a car. So far, the Bronco was fun to drive (until it stopped working) and I was so excited about it. Now, I'm so down and afraid about what will go wrong next. I'm thinking about selling it and getting back into another car brand - Ford has been so disappointing so far. Which is so sad, because I was SO excited.
Anyways, just wanted to share this crummy experience - I'm so jealous of everyone who has had good experiences with the Bronco Sports!
