I'm specifically addressing a 2025 BRONCO Sport Outer Banks aftermarket Trailer Hitch. Not 2024 or 2023....... I'm inquiring about the newest 2025!!!
Anyone install a trailer hitch on there new 2025 Sport? What mfg & part # did you find to fit?
Please reply only regarding the 2025. Not later years. None of Etrailers hitches fit the 2025 Sport.
C'mon... somebody must have put a hitch on there new 2025 Sport Outer Banks 🤔

Have you contacted Etrailer Tech support? They may have a conversion kit.

Thanks for replying. Long story short etrailer has nothing. In the last 10 days they have removed any hitch previously referenced to fit the 2025 BS. They were a little skeptical when I first contacted them but after 3 days of research with there Customer Service folks they updated there website plus gave me a 100% refund. Awesome company👍
Soooo....still got nothing. Ford Customer Service is researching this also. Someone at Bronco Nation claims the one they're selling fits but no confirmation, no name on the email, not even a part number. Needless to say I'm not buying it.
I'm still at square one. No Ford or aftermarket hitch. Plus try to find a Keyless Entry Pad for a 2025 BS Outer Banks. Not only did Ford decide not to keep it standard for 2025 they changed the frequency of the Keyless System so no current Ford or Aftermarket part fits.
Sounds trivial but this maybe my last BS OBx. Apparently I'm being forced to buy a Big Bend.
Oh yah. No hardcopy Owners Manual either. A $38k vehicle and no hardcopy Owners Manual.
Disgusting.

UPDATE REGARDING KEYLESS ENTRY PAD. Part #SK4Z-14A626-A is the official 2025 Ford Keyless Entry Pad for Bronco Sport. For 2025 the BS doesn't come with the factory installed exterior door pilar entry code pad that many of us were used too. Why... because the keyless entry system changed frequency to 435mhz.
So this new part #SK4Z-14A626-A is dealer programmed.
I used my 30000 points and got the part free otherwise expect to pay $125-160 plus dealer programing which I got slammed $95 for 6 minutes of the techs time. I see it's on the build site for $225.
So if you like to leave your keys in your BS while hiking, boating, whatever there you go. Confirmed Fit.

UPDATE.....Ford has a new part #SZ1Z-19D520-A trailer hitch for the 2025 BS. Unfortunately on backorder.
It's all the same as previous years but the drop from the hitch cross bar is shorter to accommodate the redesign bumper on the 25.
Drawtite 76436 will work but as you can see from the picture I found on another forum it isn't a nice factory installed look.
At least 2" too much drop.
I'm considering buying a $100 eBay 76436 and shortening the drop. Cut and reweld.
Should have no issues for bike rack or cargo cart.
Let's see $400-$500 backordered not even available OEM part or a $105 Chinese knockoff cut/ reweld with a factory installed look.🤔

I was the customer at trailer that had it removed! Ordered a hitch mid-March for my 25 heritage and started taking it apart to mount it. Had several conversations with trailer about what I saw and they had me send it back.
Local parts guy at the dealer has a part number for the hitch, but said he expects them to arrive in about a month..

Thanks for replying. The part (SZ1Z-19D520-A) that you're referencing won't be released until later this year according to Ford.
I hope you're parts guy is correct and it's released early.
I still haven't purchased the Chinese knockoff. Getting closer only because I'm impatient with Ford.
Go figure.

Just ordered mine last Wednesday. To my surprise showed up today. Was delivered to my local dealer and they delivered to my house. Not sure if I will install or have UHaul or the dealer install. It was ordered off Fordparts.com. I just wanted to let anyone know that’s looking that it appears they are in stock.

Wow. That's great news. Congrats!
I went to Fordparts.com and the price is way to rich for me. Even the lowest price I could find was $355 plus tx & shipping. Ouch!!!
I purchased the eBay 76436 aftermarket hitch delivered for $108. Dropped it off at a welding shop who will shorten the drop by 2.25" and weld it back together for $75.
All told I'll have less than $190 in it and install myself.
Pictures of the completed modifications and finished install will follow in the next 10 days.
If I was towing a rated load perhaps I'd spring for the OEM part; but a bike rack or cargo carrier....my $190 hitch will not only work but will look factory.

Completed the addition of a aftermarket trailer hitch part 76436 onto my 2025 BS Outer Banks. I enlisted the local welding shop to shorten the drop so I got that OEM look. I've attached several pictures. 1st picture is dimensions of part 76436 and how much drop should be shortened. 2nd picture is my finished hitch.
Hitch- $53, ( eBay seller refunded me $55 because hitch wasn't a perfect fit unmodified) welder-$75, diy installation 1.5hrs, downloaded installation instructions from Internet.
Grand total $135 vs $400 for OEM part alone.
Happy Trails all....

Finished mine to today think it turned out great. Yeah it was pricey but I feel worth it in the end.

Nice.🤔 Looks the same as mine. I towed an 1800lb pop-up last weekend 200 miles. Didn't expect any issues and I didn't have any 👍. Tongue weight of pop-up was 82lbs. Well within BS 150lb limit. Happy Trails all!!
