Exactly what the title states - putting a thread together where we can come and post little tidbits of anything we have done today, and as we build them to our own tastes.

sway bar end link walker shocks. Supposed to give you the feel of a sway bar and flex a little more like a disconnect sway bar, but no pulling pins or pushing a button. We will see how it goes. Kind of like the anti rock sway bar.

From today - front hood support struts from Amazon. Easy install, just 15 minutes. They work well. But I hope there will be not so many reasons to use them. Second - some Chinese additional working/ spot lights. Still don't know how strong they will be. Connected to Aux switch 6. :)

Good call on both of the items you added to your Bronco. I'm jealous of your garage! 😍

Thank you! If only this was my garage... This is the workshop of the company where I am working. :)
Few pics of the lights from today - but wasn't quite dark.

Got those teeny tiny shocks installed. Rides much smoother this was a good upgrade right before a Baja trip.

Nothing major..

I finally got around to addressing a storage issue for all the recovery gear I carry in the Bronco...

I go out off-roading solo most of the time so I need to be prepared to recover myself solo... Here is everything I carry and that is crammed into my 2dr Bronco.

  • Winch recovery gear
    • snatch block
    • recovery ring
    • tree protector
    • 6ea soft shackles
    • 2ea hard shackles
    • 30 foot kinetic recovery rope
    • 20 foot tow strap
    • gloves
    • Winch Dampener
    • Deadman V2 Earth Recovery Kit
  • MaxTrax Mini Traction Boards
  • Tire repair kit
  • First Aid kit
  • Bronco 84 piece tool kit
  • Extra Tie Rods
  • Duct tape and zip ties
  • Safe Jack with extensions
  • DMOS shovel

Before it was all crammed into the floorboards behind the driver and passenger side seats.

After: Pelican 40" V700 Long Case ( Amazon Link ) The only items left on the floorboard now are my Ford 84 piece tool kit and my Safe Jack..

It's strapped down pretty tight and does not move. Much cleaner and safer than before where I just had everything piled up behind the seats..

From a rats nest to organIzed, locked, and safer...

Started installing my Dobinsons. Made a mistake but it turned out to be a good one b/c water had gotten in my CV and eat out most of the grease. So I slapped some fresh grease in there.
