2026 Bronco - Pitted ~Rusted frame painted over from factory ?

I noticed today on the 2026 Bronco that it looks like the factory painted over pitted/rusted steel on the roll cage.
Thoughts?


I wish camera took better photos of it.

Here is the area and photos, it's about 22" long and about 2" wide

Anyone else have this? or what can the dealer do about this?

Not sure it is painted over rust. Looks more like they painted over a poorly prepped surface and the paint ran. I would take it in and see about getting it prepped correctly and then re-painted
