I've always been obsessed with the 1st gens, it's a dream to have and build one one day! So I was pretty stoked to see Ford was coming out with a new 6 gen that was modeled after that body style.

I actually had a '23 BB, hot pepper red before this new one, but it was stolen 10 months after buying it and modding it, unfortunately. Wish I could have found another HPR but this Bronco definitely doesn't disappoint, especially with the upgraded interior for the BB '23.5 models 👌

I've always been obsessed with the 1st gens, it's a dream to have and build one one day! So I was pretty stoked to see Ford was coming out with a new 6 gen that was modeled after that body style.

That's crazy -- I'm sorry to hear that, and I'm glad you're back at it for another go-around. HPR is a great color for sure. Adding a kill switch or anything on this one? One of my XJs was broken into, and I was glad for the switch at that point -- used to kind of be a pain to start because of where the former owner put it.

I almost didn't get another one, theres a massive auto theft ring in this Province. I was pretty close to going back to gmc but I took them both for a test drive and just didn't get the same feelings for the truck as I do with the Bronco lol. If you're not grinning ear to ear, why buy it 😅

I got an aftermarket alarm and immobilizer installed on this one. I had read that too many people using just the kill switches were still getting their vehicles stolen, not sure if they just forgot to use them or if the theifs found the switches. So heres to hoping the immobilizer pays off lol 🤞

Both rigs look great! Sorry to hear the HPR was stolen. I see the Ontario plates, from the Canadian news I watch and (my favorite show) This Hour has 22 Minutes I hear Ontario car theft is out of control. Did the Mounties actually advise citizens to leave keys just inside their front doors of homes to avoid being burgled by car thiefs? I saw that but figured that had to be satire.

And seriously, the Toronto police said to leave the keys by the front door to make it quick and easy, it was truly mind boggling.... it's also widely embarrassing that others have heard that outside of Canada lol.

The memes and videos that came from that were so funny tho haha.

Yeah a large percentage of my limited TV intake is Canadian shows. I also prefer their hockey coverage (unless my team is playing a Canadian team,lol). Reward criminals, squeeze law abiding citizens is the nature of things here too. I haven't made it to Ontario but do like to visit Canada when I can. I did just come back last weekend with my favorite 6-pack and coffee crisps!

I just like the finer things in life! Yes the West coast is the Best coast, probably why B.C. down through California is so insanely priced. The younger generations don't stand a chance.

We actually were seriously considering moving to Victoria, then the covid border closures created a previously unthought of reality that we may get stuck. The last weekend we looked at open houses was followed by the border shut down the following Thursday.

I love Victoria so much, I lived in Duncan and worked in Vic. A pain of a commute in the summer, but the drive was always beautiful. That would have been an awesome choice, sorry it didn't pan out tho. Hopefully you and your family can get there eventually!

I love my HPR Black Diamond. I would be crushed if anything happened to it. Fortunately we don't have a lot of vehicle theft here, and my Bronco is in the garage more than out.
