The number two quality was, "A 1978 Chevy Blazer works too."
"While women generally lean toward men displaying masculinity, personal responsibility, physical prowess, and the ability to sacrifice Yoshi at key points in Super Mario World, topping the list is the need for her to look out the kitchen window and see a 1980 Ford Bronco in the driveway," said Chief Women Scientist Dr. Hal Malburg, "The Bronco doesn't even have to start."

Good morning all! Happy Memorial Day. Thank you to all that served our country.
No long weekend getaway for me this year. But I've had some fun this weekend. Went out with 2 other widows and saw a band, and I danced (well, that's what I was trying to do). Did a little wheeling with some friends yesterday and it wasn't a club event. But the widow in our club invited someone from a Jeep dating group. I was trying to climb some ledges that my JKUR did about 10 years ago. I knew I would be climbing front & rear at the same time about 1/2 way up, on ledges that were about 2' tall. I'm paying attention to my spotter and this jack hole is standing on my driver's side saying "your front will be climbing in 3', 2" and so on". I should have told him to STFU. These instructions were not asked for, and not helpful. They would be if the obstacle takes you way off camber as wheels have to drop or climb. But, no, I didn't make it up because he then yelled "climbing front & rear" and I pressed on the brake and stopped my momentum. Yes, my foot on the brake, but I still blame him.

Today is the day that we honor all those who have served and fallen. They gave all and should be honored not just this day but every day that we live and breathe in this great country. Forgo the politics today. Have fun and celebrate but take a pause to say thank you to those heroes.
I've never said this to anyone before, but the saddest day in my life was when I held a wounded fellow soldier in my arms and knew that there was nothing that I could do to keep him alive, and then felt him give his last breath.
I honor him this day and every day.
