Good morning all! I am back home! So good to sleep in my bed again! And to have my couch and control of the remote. There are many pros to living alone.

I'm so happy that I changed my mind on that Pacer game. It was a great game. Even with the sketch ref calls. But I should have stayed in the bathroom during the 1st OT, they got lots of points while I wasn't watching.
The Indianapolis 500 Museum is a must see if you have any interest in auto racing. I wish I had gotten there 2 hours earlier! They have a room called the starting line experience, gave me goose bump. They also have NASCAR stuff.
And Al's atmospheric river gave me cloudy and sprinkle weather for my drive home. Until I got to TX.
My cats did good at the hotel. They ate and drank right away! And used the litter box. But one pooped in the pet carrier just 10 minutes from home. So I've got 💩 to do today!

Hopefully we will be meeting again sometime next year at our 2026 epic adventure!

Haspin Acres was way more fun than I expected. I think we all set the bar low because we didn't know what to expect.
My plan is to drive back in August for the Dream Cruise. If I can, I will try to set aside a day at Haspin. I'm thinking some ashes need to be spread there.

Good Taco Tuesday, Kids!
The weather is certainly acting like fall here, with lots of grey, occasional sun, and RAIN!

Excited to head South starting tomorrow for a two week(ish) road trip to celebrate DiL’s 40th birthday (40 seems SOOOOOO LONG AGO) and will get to connect with @Darrel and @TK1215 while wandering through Arizona before heading back through Utah on the way to Moab for an overnight and then on to visit grands in Logan heading home… Will be nice to get a few days back in the -20° range and to wheel with BN friends… Will be the first road trip with the Maverick, and looking forward to see how it does for comfort and mileage… Sorry we won’t get a chance to see @Lots O Fords , but I’m sure we’ll be back… These tired bones are starting to consider this thing called “snowbirding” for real!

If you have any interest, you will love it. But plan on 3 hours. They also have an interactive room where you can change a tire and a driver simulation. I didn't do either because I only had 30 minutes before they closed and a lot to see.
It is $23 for seniors. Pricey but worth it. I may try to get there again next year.

I too agree with Dean, it was a great time out there at Haspin Off-Road park, and would definitely go back again some day.
That rock bed we did in our final hours was a very memorable time in doing some rock crawling, can’t wait to do that again!
Can’t wait to see where our next epic trip will take us next year….

That sounds great. I have interest in both Indy Cars and NASCAR so I would want to explore it all. Sounds like most of a day.

Good morning and Happy Thirsty Thursday or Happy Friday Eve, which ever floats your boat. I made a pot of Kirkland Espresso coffee. I've had better hotel coffee, but if you're desperate, help yourself.
I forget if I said this, but I paid off my Bronco before my trip. I arranged for the title to be mailed to the branch I bank at. I picked it up yesterday. She is all mine now!
Need to do some job hunting this morning. Need to clean the Bronco too. May try to reinstall my JTops bimini top too.
