Coffee is up! This humidity from the remnants of tropical storm Chantal is disgusting. Was outside yesterday removing the pinch seam covers from RCI because I have to deal with a rubbing issue with the new sliders. Took less than 15 minutes of no physical labor, just 5 small bolts on each side. I was soaking wet. That’s all I did outside for the entire day. Yuck. Similar situation for today. And it’s not even that warm, maybe -15. Have a good one peeps. Love to all and extra shot to those dealing with stuff. Hug the ones you love!

I did the same thing on Memorial Day when we did Anthracite Outdoor Adventure Area Offroad park in PA. I linked my regular iPad to my phone via hotspot and was wondering why it wasn’t tracking using OnX offroad. I used my phone, but with my old eyes, the phone is way too small. That’s when I researched why wasn’t my iPad tracking. I actually just tested it with OnX yesterday finally. Works great. Glad you figured it out too!

OnX isn't the inly mapping program where you have this kind of issue, They all rely on Internet connectivity to work, or you need to download the map for offline use. For example, Gooogle Maps. You just don't notice it because you are usually connected to the Internet, or if you lose connection it's for a short time. However, you'll note that it starts to act "weird" if you hit a long stretch of highway where there's no connectivity to the Internet. The good news is that you can download the maps into your phone/iPad with it similar to the way that you can with OnX.

I’m taking the GLO2 and the iPad with me sometime this week to test drive the system using the mapping apps I’ve installed in the tablet. Hopefully, I can start understanding how everything works and get comfy with it before the adventure begins.

If you haven’t guessed it by now on what I’m serving up this morning, it’s Tim Hortons coffee for this soggy soaked suck ass morning!
I shouldn’t say that , because we do need the rain here, grass could use it.
Nothing new to report here other than I have had my top off for about almost a month, however that just ended last night as it looks like rain is likely every other day and we will be on vacation for about 2 weeks in less then 2 weeks.
Then in about a Month it will come back off when @Deano Bronc gets here for the Woodward Dream Cruise (weather permitting).
We are both going topless, “not to worry though,” our shirts are staying on…🤣

I have appointment with SS today and a dentist appointment today, so it will be a long day, but productive.

Spent a bunch of time yesterday playing with my new mini excavator. It's fun! The stuff you can tear up is amazing. Eventually I'm going to have to use it's powers for good and not evil.
First time operating one so it'll be awhile.
