I joined and paid through the Shop option. It's not showing here though. Not sure what I did wrong or how to correct it.

Also, IIRC, there is a confirmation email that comes to you and sometime it ends up in your Spam folder. Check to see if its there. Things may have change though since I first signed up.

Hi @RichieSATX, Deano is right, there is a series of emails that will activate your membership. Look for one from gear@thebronconation.com. If you have additional questions, please send them in to info@thebronconation.com or call 1-855-323-5483 and leave a voicemail, and Dave will give you a call back to assist.

Just email them back and remind them that you have one. Attach a screen shot of your user name And ask them to attach your number to your account. They will figure it out. It’s nice to know they strive for consistency and achieve it!🤣

I am having a similar issue....I upgraded from a free membership the other day and got the email (in my junk folder) to register my email, but when I log in, it doesn't look like it is working correctly. I did send an email through the Contact Us button tonight, but figured I would post here as well to hopefully get things figured out. Thanks!

Thanks for sending in an email to the help department! Dave is fantastic at getting things sorted. Are you not able to log into the store and see your discount, or is it your member number not showing? Both are automated, and after you carry out the steps in the emails (yes, unfortunately they go to Junk at times), it's usually just a day or two for everything to sync.

The member map doesn’t seem to be working though, and I was going to order something on Bronco Graveyard and needed my member number which is when I realized I couldn’t find it.

So I just logged out my account and logged back in and everything is working as it should! Maybe I was too impatient and things didn’t process, or maybe Dave worked his magic on the back end, but glad to be here and looking forward to being part of the Bronco community!
