Windshield wipers not aligned properly

So this seems kinda dumb, but after getting my windshield replaced I noticed the wipers are partially sitting on top of the cowl instead of flush on the windshield. I don’t believe they replaced the wipers with new ones but being in socal I don’t notice them much. Anyone have any idea what’s wrong here? It almost seems like they’re backwards or something got misaligned because when I use them, they don’t see to cover as much area of the windshield as before.

They removed the wiper arms when they replaced the window. They have to so they can remove the plastic cowl piece. They need to come back and adjust them. Or if you are handy you could do it yourself. Remove rubber caps and the nuts. You might have to use a puller to get the arm off of the spline.
