Rattling noise from brake pedal area?

2025 OB. Rattling noise. Something blowing or rolling around coming from down by brake pedal linkage?? I've noticed going into the wind it gets worse? Then sometimes I don't hear it for days? How do you take it in to dealer when it's not continuously making noise. I'll be changing my oil in another 1000 miles so I'll be removing the 3'x3' shield under motor/trans. Removing shield will give me a chance to inspect for something loose or caught under there. Any thoughts folks??

Could it be the grommet in the fire wall might be missing or not installed properly?
You can look at the firewall to the right of the brake master cylinder/booster there should be a rubber plug about the size of an orange slice and oval shaped.
The only thing I can think of if it sounds like wind.
