That's odd. On one hand, they say they don't have a remedy, but on the other, they admit to having one but no parts are available. What the? 😧

I'm still waiting for my rear camera and rear Bilstein shock replacements. They've got remedies for both but no parts. More supply chain woes?
Chris here. I drive a 2-door Velocity Blue 2023 Ford Bronco Badlands with Sasquatch, Lux, a 2.7L V6, and an automatic transmission. It’s fun.

Looks like my Bronco is also a part of the fuel pump recall.

Likely take a year or more before we get a remedy. Still waiting on the rear shocks and rear camera fix.

Missed this one by 2 months or so.
But am still waiting for the rear camera and shocks. But they keep sending me recall notices. I am going to have a stack of them before it ever gets fixed. 😂

I looked into the Ford parts website. Wanted to see if this was a part I could buy and keep on hand until Ford had replacement parts. It's over $700. So... no. I'm not going to keep a spare.

I also noticed that I had a recall on the rear camera software. I'm not sure why that wasn't done when I had my car in last. Do they only do that when they replace the rear camera?

My open recalls:

  • Replace rear view camera (Mine is working fine)
  • Rear shock absorber external reservoir corrosion (I have some corrosion on all my shocks. Nebraska salts and brines roads like crazy)
  • Rear camera screen software update (Mine is working fine)
  • Low pressure fuel pump failure ( I have experienced power loss at steep angles on two occasions. Don't know if this is related)

At least there will be warning signs it is failing. Roughly 110K Broncos affected.

Thanks for the link. Based on the description, I don’t think my power loss was due to the pump. It was probably a fault in the AWD system.

Software hasn't been released yet for it, still being tested supposedly. When it is released, it'll be updated over-the-air as long as you have software updates turned on.

I haven't had an issue with any of my cameras either, but I know the rear camera is now a federally mandated safety feature, so I'm sure it's one of those things that has to be nearly bullet-proof.

Once again I feel left out. But I know it is coming…

I also am in the "not in the club" club. I did read the recall paperwork though, seems to have been a temporary supplier production issue.

Just brought home a 2025 Bronco Sport on a Friday. Parked it. Went back out 30 min later and it was very hard to start. It would turn over, but not start. Problem kept repeating over the weekend. Dealership got it back and kept it for a week. Turns out it had a faulty fuel pump. Not sure if this was the same issue since it didn't stop pumping while driving.
