HVAC fan doesn’t work until later in the day

Brand new 25 OBX. 500 miles now but the issue existed from day 1.
Symptoms: fan speed does not work. 1-5, doesn’t matter. Auto setting, doesn’t matter. Heat or AC doesn’t matter.
Once the car is on a few times and I drive around for a few hours, the fan will kick on and work normally until it’s parked overnight. Same issue next day.
I took it to service. They observed the same issue. Replaced the blower motor.
Issue still persists. Any ideas? I’m thinking software or thermostat but I’m no expert.

Could be a software issues or maybe a bad module. Might try a different dealership, you do not have to take the vehicle to the dealer you bought it from for warranty work.

Thanks. Yeah I bought the car in Connecticut and I live across the water on Long Island. I took it to a dealership I bought other fords from. I might give them another shot and tell them what you suggested and I also suspect now.

If you have a dealership that does you well hang on to them, put it they can’t figure it out try another.
Maybe a bad ground, could be the culprit. But any other module that shares that ground would have issues. Just throwing out options.
