Hi all, I have a 2022 Bronco outer banks with sasquatch package.
It was in a collision, front left corner (drivers side). The damage did not cause mush if any damage to the wheel/suspension, at least based on the photos with damage and what the rebuilder told me. The car was rebuilt and passed Virginia inspections.
I purchased it after the rebuild. Immediately after purchase my local shop changed inner tie rods, tires, and aligned it. The new tires should be same size as stock (315/70R17). The inner tie rods were replaced because according to my shop they were damaged in the collision. The outer tie rods were replaced by the rebuilder, said the shop. The alignment paperwork says "without sasquatch package" but my shop says that's the correct alignment based on the vin. The vin is 1FMEE5DP7NLA88011.
The problem: when turning hard, as when parking, the left tire (drivers side) rubs against the sway bar (aka stabilizer bar I believe) and the inner frame. This is when turning left. You can see rubbing marks in the photos. The right tire also rubs when turning right but only against the sway bar. This car does not have sway bar disconnect feature, if relevant. Mileage is about 65,000.
My shop is not super familiar with the Broncos so before I ask them to work on it I would like your advice on what to ask them to do.
I'm in Northern VA.
Thank you
