License plate light not working

my 3rd break light and license plate lights stopped working after washing . I check all connections still nothing. Any ideas ?

everything I’ve researched says it doesn’t have fuses for them. They are connected to the BCM. I’ve tried disconnecting the negative battery cable so it would reset it but still nothing

Have you open them up and looked for water intrusion? Might want to get a test light or meter and checking ground and voltage to them
