Which ladder are you talking about? Sides or rear corners?
Assuming the rear corner ladders, the lower ladder support plate connects to the rear fender underneath the roof's side panel. That part is fine. The top mount is a plate that attaches to Gobi's existing rack. Just get that to work with your current rack, or have someone fabricate a custom one, and you are good to go.
