Cargo Area plug question

2025 Bronco Big Bend here. Is the plug in the cargo area always on? Or does it turn off when the car is off?

I want to plug in a cooler occassionally, but don't want to thrash my battery.

Any info is greatly appreciated!

I haven't tested it yet but I think it stays on for 1 hour once the Bronco is shut off. I have my Starlink Mini plugged into it and forget to unplug it from time to time and it is always off when I drive the vehicle the next weekend or so.

It is digitally controlled by the a module—there's a timeout on it.

After a certain amount of time (or battery charge) it'll shut off.
