A/C drain blocked on new Bronco Sport

Hopefully this is a rare problem. We bought a new 2024 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. When cleaning we noticed water in the driver side floor board. It had not rained recently. We did not see water draining under the car. Not normal for humid North Carolina. We took it back to the dealer and they figured out that when the vehicle was manufactured the carpet was not installed correctly and blocked the A/C drain pipe. The dealer took much of the dash apart, fixed the issue then spent 2 days drying out the carpet and insulation. No charge for the fix. We did not require a loaner car and did not ask for one. Several thousand miles later, no other problems.
