I'm ready to do a full on front and rear Long Travel upgrade to my 2025 BLS. I've been doing background checks on many of the companies selling the kits. My conclusion is HF! They are all horrible to deal with. Starting with horrible website making it impossible to build a shopping list of what's needed to start and finish a job and not leaving your rig on jack stands waiting for parts. I'm stunned that they don't answer their sales lines, or call you back. I've seen many complaints of bad delivery of mismatched and missing parts, with long waits for customer service help. I worked in aerospace manufacturing and saw what covid did to supply chains and qualified personnel, hell even Amazon is not what is was.

This is a classic case of Please take my money and no one is meeting the minimum requirements to work with.

The shopping list aspect is hard –– a lot of sites, our own included, just list the parts and all research falls on the customer. I've heard AccuTune Offroad is a good one to work with for people doing Fox or Kings, and I've heard others say they enjoyed working with Shock Surplus, but even then I think people say they usually get on the phone with either of their customer service departments. I personally haven't done anything with either of those companies or dug into their sites much, however.

I just put a Metalcloak Game Changer lift on my Jeep. They have been the best I've ever worked with. They don't have a long travel kit for the Bronco yet, but when they do it will be one of the best. After every order, MC customer service calls within 1-2 hours to ensure I don't have any questions and to see how they can help out. Fantastic company!
