Paint issues

My Bronco was in the body shop 19 days well they worked on this paint bubble that popped. They said they had issues painting because of corrosion and also that panel was aluminum. They also fixed the top of my tailgate where it rubs on the rubber from the window.
Has anybody else had issues in this area?
