Adding puddle lights ???

Has one added puddle lights under the mirror of their bronco that didn't come with them? I noticed the plastic dummy plug there today while detailing and popped it out and sure enough it’s pre wired into the dummy plug. I’m assuming this is completely plug and play?

I am not really impressed with the Ford puddle light location on the mirrors.... When you open the door you block the light. I added a couple in my drop step, but if I did not have the step I would have added them just under the door.
