Bronco Nation Members-Only Trail Drive + Meetup Bronco Stampede 2026

The Easter Jeep Safari was started in 1967 by the Moab Chamber of Commerce. In 1982, the Chamber approached Red Rock 4-Wheelers to run this event. The Jeep Safari itself, and participation in the event has grown since the club officially formed in the early 80s. Over the years the increase in participation grew to expand the trail riding to more days until it finally reached a nine day event. "Big Saturday" still remains the culmination of the event on the Saturday of Easter weekend.

I don't have details yet, but as soon as I get them, I'll share with those signed up! We started the drive at 11AM last year, for reference, and I'd expect something similar.

To all who have expressed their interest in the Bronco Nation trail drive with Bronco Off-Roadeo guides and/or meetup so far, thank you for doing so! We're excited to host as many as you as we can while keeping the groups small.
Next steps: Once I have final time and trail info, I'll be emailing you to confirm placement or let you know of waitlist status for your selection of activities, if applicable.

Second update: People who expressed interest should have received their first email on the event, letting them know the trail drive arrival time and that sign-up sheets for trail drives go out tomorrow (Friday, 2/27)!

One or two of you who signed up after it went out on Wednesday and who continue to sign up will get your email in a coming batch.

As always, tag me with questions!

Hello Laura,
I’m scheduled for the Off Rodeo and also the Bronco National for April 1st.
I just booked a camp site at the KOA, I would like advice on camp sites along the river that is close to the event.
Any recommendations?

Not Laura, but Fisher Towers, Lower and Upper Onion Creek campgrounds are all close by and beautiful views. I think they are all first come first serve though, and with it being EJS they could be crowded.

Thanks for the suggestion, @kpb17. @MrMagic, I've only camped on private land out there, but @Melissa Clark, @RKYMTN, and @TorgSurv are locals and may have first-hand experience on best places to try!

So, total newbie here. I signed up for the trail ride on 1 April, and I have hotel reservations for the week.

But I didn't see how to sign up for any other "Bronco Stampede" events during this time. Will I learn all I need to know for the rest of the week during the trail ride? Is there any specific planning or registration that is necessary?

Thank you!!

All you need to sign up for with us is the trail drive! We're expecting you for that and you can stay for dinner right after. The Ford private course is walk-up registration, and the vendor show is Thursday and Friday, April 2-3.

If you want to do any trails that week with the official Easter Jeep Safari event, then you will need to register for that: https://www.rr4w.com/event-details.cfm?eventid=1038.

You may find some folks from Wednesday's ride may want to go out in groups Thursday or Friday; I know there are a bunch of Bronco owners coming in to town outside the Nation, too!

That is great. I also signed up for actual EJS rides on Saturday and Sunday. I figure things will be quieter then. And there was space. :-)
