Rendezvous in the Ozarks is an overland rally put on by Natural State Overland at Mulberry Mountain Lodge and the Ozark National Forest

Event details

If you own a 4x4 vehicle and enjoy the overlanding lifestyle or you just want to learn more about this fast growing passion you are invited to join Natural State Overland at Mulberry Mountain Lodge, in the beautiful Ozark Mountains of Arkansas October 16-18 2025, where you will rendezvous with others who share your interest in overland style travel and all the adventure it brings! If you haven't experienced the trails and backroads of the Ozarks, you don't want to miss this opportunity, and if you have this is your chance to get back out there.

There is primitive camping on the event grounds and there are 70 convenient RV sites with water and electric hookups.

Registration is now open for this event. The cost for the 3 day event is $60 if you register before July 1st, $75 if before September 1st, $95 prior to 1 week before the event and $100 on the day of the event. There is a single day registration option of $35. There is also a guided trail option that you can sign up for a spot either Thursday or Friday for $40.

I did not sign up for a guided run, I will probably do my own thing and just get a few rigs together each day to run with. I've been playing around in OnX and have a few different routes mapped out that would be good options to run.

My wife and I will be attending with the fur baby ... our grandchild for now :) ... we will be in spot 65 at the campsite in a small travel trailer. Looking forward to it!

The Natural State Overland team was on The Overland Podcast last night talking about the event. Worth a watch to hear about some new stuff coming this year.

Also, registration bumps up to $95 effective September 1 so if you haven't registered and plan on coming, might as well save $20.

There is an app that the event uses to post their schedule. On Android/Apple stores, it is the "Yapp" app, and the code to add the event is "ROOR"
